Where is my data processed?
100% locally on your device! It doesn't even request internet access from your device, so it works completely offline and couldn't possibly upload your videos anywhere!
What is the output video format?
It depends on what you choose in app! Most of the time, the output video is MP4, but you can switch between H.264, H.265* and AV1* in app, as well as resolution, frame rate and so much more!

*H.265 and AV1 require a compatible device

If you'd like to request a feature to be added or report a bug, it's preferable that you open an issue on GitHub, however if you'd rather not do that, send me an email to compressor@joshattic.us! Please note that I work on Compressor entirely in my free time, and completely for free, so it may take up to 3 weeks for me to respond!
